Kluber MICROLUBE GL 261

Spray

MICROLUBE GL 261 greases are special lubricating greases on a mineral oil base. They also contain special lithium soap and the MICROLUBE additive package, which ensures a wear-free surface finish. Running-in wear is reduced to a minimum. In addition, the MICROLUBE additive package provides protection in the boundary friction regime, thus preventing tribo-corrosion. MICROLUBE GL 261 greases have the capacity to absorb high pressures, and they have good anti-corrosion properties.

Kluber Oil GEM 1-150N

High-performance gear oils / multi-purpose oils based on mineral oils with a high resistance to oxidation.

The oils meet the requirements according to DIN 51517-3, CLP. Corresponding gears can be switched to Klüberoil GEM 1 N oils without prior consultation with the gear manufacturer provided the general application notes are observed.

Klüberoil GEM 1 N oils offer a high scuffing load resistance of ISO VG 150 API GL-4 or higher. Gears are sufficiently protected against scuffing even at extremely high peak loads, vibrations or oscillations.

Much longer service life than mineral-oil-based standard gear oils due to the excellent ageing and oxidation resistance of the selected raw materials; thus service intervals can be extended and maintenance costs reduced

Kluber PARALIQ GA 3400

Owing to its consistency, PARALIQ GA 351 can normally be applied by means of centralized lubricating systems also at low temperatures. Please note, however, that due to different system configurations and application conditions the pumpability of the product has to be confirmed with the system manufacturer for each individual application. Lubricating Grease

PARALIQ GTE 703 is a special lubricating grease based on silicone oil and PTFE.



The product is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. It was especially developed for the incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries, thus contributing to the reliability of your production processes. 

Besides for seals, PARALIQ GTE 703 may also be used for very low-load rolling bearings used in the beverage industry where an EPDM-compatible H1 lubricant is required. Very low load applications with a C/P ratio of 30 and slow speeds.

PARALIQ GTE 703 is resistant to hot and cold water, disinfectants, cleaning agents and steam.

When applied properly, it does not impair the formation of froth or the taste of beer.

Kluber KlLUBERSYNTH BH 72-422

Bearings Grease

Klubersynth BH 72-422, a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener. Klubersynth BH 72-422 is an innovative grease closing the "service temperature gap" between conventional, hydrocarbon-based and pure PFPE lubricants. 

This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160 °C up to 220 °C.

A special feature of Klubersynth BH 72-422 reducing costs is that its density is approx. 1/3 lower than that of PFPE-based lubricants, which results in a higher volume yield.

Among the many applications of Klübersynth BH 72-422 are rolling bearings and guideways running at low speeds, high permanent temperatures and high loads (max. 180 °C at C/P < 8).
